The admission process is private and effortless.
On your first admission day for treatment in our facility, you will immediately feel the warmth and friendliness of our staff. On most occasions, we can accommodate a new admission within 24 hours of making the booking while admissions need to be pre-booked.
Clients, family members, friends, and medical experts can all refer new patients. We will make sure that our personnel are prepared to accommodate you after your reservation is confirmed.
Once you arrive at our clinic the first step is to familiarise yourself with the clinical team as well as your surrounding which includes the layout of our facility. Upon arrival we will also give you a welcome pack which has a timetable for your therapy session and also explains everything that you need to be conversant with during your stay at our facility, the Sanctuary Lodge. Please contact us if you unable to travel to our clinic by yourself.

First 24 Hours Upon Admission
We will arrange for you to see our detox specialist psychiatrist during your first 24 hours with us.
A complete evaluation will be performed here about your psychological and medical treatment requirements. If needed, a complete detox procedure will be recommended. This detoxification will then be directed and supervised under rigid official procedures by our healthcare experts.
A psychiatrist will call attention to any aspects of your treatment that need expert attention and make suggestions. It is very crucial for us to address all your treatment needs during your admission; thus, we'll make sure that any aspect which has been stressed or suggested is included in your personalised treatment programme. Then our counsellors, clinical director, and medical staff will continually review your treatment plan, ensuring that you are getting the best care possible at all times.
As soon as your evaluation has been concluded our kind staff members will assist you to get comfortable. We completely get that this is a really scary and tough period for most people, however our team are available to provide encouragement and guidance 24/7.
